IHC Analysis

IHC (Immunohistochemistry) staining refers to the entire range of staining methods used for imaging and detection of the distribution and localization of cellular components or specific antigens in tissues.

ViraPath Immunohistochemical Analysis

1) Nuclear Analysis: Nuclear Analysis tool can be perform fast and accurate numerical analysis and cell detection in the nuclear IHC biomarkers (INSM-1, ER, PR, Ki67, P53) stained tissues. The cell nuclei can be classified as "Strong, Medium or Weak" based on their staining intensity. The nuclei can also be classified based on their sizes and shapes.

2) Membran Analysis: Membran Analysis tool can be perform fast and accurate numerical analysis and "Positive/Negative" cell detection int the membran IHC biomarkers (HER2, PD-L1) stained tissues. The cells can be classified as "Strong, Medium or Weak" based on their staining intensity. The scoring is given based on "Complete/Incomplete" membran staining and the classification of the cells.
